Dave Ragusa

A southern CA native and long-time San Diego resident, Dave is a licensed Broker and full-time real estate professional who has been delivering exceptional client experiences since 2004. Dave believes that real estate has given him the best opportunity and excuse to visit, explore and work in the numerous areas and communities San Diego has to offer and to be seen as a source of expertise in them. From our local beaches and coastal communities to downtown, Balboa Park & Mission Hills, from vibrant University Heights and Hillcrest up to the great family communities like Carlsbad, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, and Del Sur, his knowledge of the local areas and what they have to offer is what he sees as vital to making the dream of living in San Diego possible for his clients.

Dave is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, and started his real estate career with Century 21 Award in 2004 where he was the multi-year recipient of Century 21's Quality Service Award (based upon client reviews) and of Century 21's Centurion Award (based upon sales volume). Dave is now a broker associate and together with his wife Jenn, brings his knowledge and access to the resources necessary to provide a successful real estate transaction and an exceptional client service experience.

Dave feels his job is to take the uncertainty out of the process and make it as easy and beneficial for his clients and all involved as possible.
